PRM Single Glass Bottle Filling & Capping System

The PRM Glass Bottle Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for hygienic, fast, and precise filling of liquid food products such as ayran, milk, fruit juice, lemonade, and similar beverages. Equipped with a mechanical gearbox drive system and a linear conveyor track, the machine can easily adapt to different glass bottle sizes. After filling, bottles are automatically transferred to the capping station, sealed securely, and delivered to the output section ready for packaging. Optional labeling and date coding modules can be integrated into the production line for a complete filling solution.

Working Principle

1. Empty glass bottles are manually or automatically placed onto the linear conveyor system.

1. Bottles are transferred smoothly to the filling station.

1. Precision filling nozzles dispense the product according to the preset filling weight.

1. Filled bottles are automatically conveyed to the capping station.

1. Caps are securely sealed using the pneumatic capping system.

1. Optional labeling and expiration date coding processes can be applied.

1. Finished products are transferred to the output conveyor ready for packaging.

All product-contact surfaces and filling lines are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel to ensure maximum hygiene and durability in food production applications.
