5KG-10KG BUCKET FILLING MACHINE
5KG-10KG BUCKET FILLING MACHINE
5KG-10KG BUCKET FILLING MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine fills 10kg and 5kg buckets with product, cuts the foil to the appropriate size, adheres it to the buckets, and then closes the lids to finalize the process. The machine's automation is a prescription-based system, and 5kg and 10kg buckets are selected based on the operating conditions.
1) Bucket Drop and Bucket Drop Vacuum
The Bucket Drop Station is configured for 10kg and 5kg buckets, and the buckets to be filled are manually placed into the appropriate hopper. The reciprocating motion of the piston at the top of the station allows the main busbar to hold or release the buckets. When the piston is closed, the buckets are released and fall to their respective hoppers on the rotating star tray below. As the buckets are placed on the tray, the reciprocating Bucket Dropping Vacuum Station, located under the machine's main table, adheres to the bottom of the bucket thanks to the suction cups at its end, ensuring proper seating on the rotating tray. The rotating tray consists of 12 stars and can be used directly for 10 kg loads. For 5 kg loads, these 12 stars must be fitted with devices to reduce their diameter. These devices are pinned and easily removable.
2) UV
Buckets placed open under the UV Station undergo an ultraviolet light cleaning process to eliminate any potential germs. A sensor located under the same station checks whether the bucket is in place. If it is not, the machine stops before filling, preventing potential accidents.
3) Filling, Tank, Loadcell (Weighing) and CIP Station
The tank, manually filled with food, is manufactured from 316 quality stainless steel, prioritizing human health. The pump at the bottom of the tank pushes the food into the filling nozzle, and the pneumatic piston at the top fills the empty bucket with food. The Loadcell Station, located under the rotating star, is activated for weighing the completed buckets. The piston opens, contacts the bottom of the full bucket, and lifts the bucket to check the weight. If an incorrect weight is detected, the machine stops and displays the error on the screen. If the weight is correct, the filled buckets continue to move along with the rotating star tray. The tank is equipped with a chip washing system for cleaning. The filling nozzle also features a removable chip system, which is easily connected to the nozzle tip with a crescent wrench before cleaning. All materials used in this station group (tank, nozzle, pipe, and fittings) are 316 grade.
4) 5kg-10kg Cutting and Gluing Stations
The machine has two separate cutting and gluing stations for 5kg and 10kg. The desired bucket type is selected on the screen and the system is automatically activated. Before starting the machine, the reeled foil is placed in the hopper, which has a pre-adjusted valon, and is then properly adjusted by passing it through the tensioning rollers. Filled buckets arrive at the cutting and sealing unit via a rotating tray. The foil is cut by the blades at the station, then sealed onto the bucket using a high-heat treatment. Sensors are located at each station to monitor the foil. Because pressure will be applied during this process, support units are located under the tray to increase the strength of the rotating tray.
5) Lidding Station
The Lidding Station can handle both 5kg and 10kg buckets. For 5kg buckets, the removable tool is easily placed on the lathe. Lids are automatically placed on buckets that have been previously sealed after cutting and sealing. Lids are manually fed from the magazine, and a piston at the station allows the lid to be picked up, rotated 180 degrees, and placed on the bucket.
6) Lid Setting Station
Buckets with lids loose on them arrive at this station. As the carousel moves under the station, rollers with bearings tighten the lids and secure them to the buckets.
7) Bucket Lifting - Bucket Pulling - Conveyor - Accumulation
After completing the filling, foil cutting and sealing, and lid setting processes, the buckets are finished and ready for use. Finally, the buckets are automatically lifted from the conveyor to the accumulator area. A piston-operated lifting unit under the carousel lifts the bucket onto the conveyor belt. The piston-operated bucket puller then pulls the bucket onto the conveyor, bringing the bottom of the bucket into contact with the conveyor belt. The buckets arriving from the conveyor are then fed into the roller-operated accumulator area, completing the process.
