The Plastic Bottle and Capping Machine operates linearly on a pallet system which works with a mechanical transmission drive.
It is possible to fill water and milk into different sized plastic bottles with the help of pump in a flowmetric filling system.
System starts filling from bottom and gradually rises up so that foaming is prevented during the milk filling process.
Plastic bottles, moving forward on linear pallet system, are lid in capping unit and so they become ready to be packed in the exit tray.
