Empty bins are fed manually on the conveyor line. The sensor located at the entrance of the filling section automatically closes the separator when it reaches the specified amount. Thanks to 1 pump, pneumatically operated nozzles come into play and perform the filling process. The filled canisters move linearly on the conveyor line and automatically take a cap on the bottle mouth and proceed to the capping section. In this part, the caps of the bottles are tightly closed and they move onto the conveyor line to the collection tray at the exit of the machine and the process is completed.
