Automatic Whey Filling, Foil Sealing and Capping Machine

Working Principle

Empty cups are manually fed onto the conveyor by the operator. The cups move along the conveyor and are transferred to the star wheel system. Using a pneumatic piston mechanism, the cups are accurately positioned onto the indexing star wheel.

At the second station, the product is filled with high accuracy according to the preset filling volume. The filled cups then move to the third station, where foil lids are automatically cut and heat-sealed to ensure hygienic packaging.

At the fourth station, plastic lids are automatically placed and securely capped. Finished products are automatically discharged onto the exit conveyor, ready for further packaging and distribution.
