GLASS BOTTLE FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Engineered for industrial production lines, the Glass Bottle Filling and Capping Machine is a high-precision automation solution designed for the seamless packaging of liquid and semi-liquid products. Operating on a linear palette system driven by a robust mechanical gearbox, it delivers consistent, synchronized, and vibration-free performance. Thanks to its highly adaptable design, the system easily adjusts to various glass bottle dimensions, integrating the filling, capping, and discharge processes into a single, compact, and heavy-duty chassis.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
- Bottle Feeding & Conveyance: Empty glass bottles are loaded onto the linear palette conveyor. The mechanical gearbox drive ensures an exceptionally smooth, incremental, and millimeter-precise advancement between processing stations.
- High-Precision Filling Phase: Upon reaching the filling station, bottles are aligned under PLC-controlled nozzles. The product is dispensed precisely to the target weight (e.g., 1000 g). The drip-proof nozzle design prevents contamination and maintains a spotless operating environment.
- Automated Capping Station: Once filled, the bottles automatically advance to the capping unit. Here, caps are securely crimped or screwed onto the bottles using coordinated pneumatic pressure and mechanical tightening mechanics.
- Discharge & Outer Packaging: The fully processed bottles are guided to the discharge tray (or optionally through downstream labeling and coding modules), leaving them perfectly prepared for boxing and final palletization.
