SINGLE CUPS AYRAN FILING AND SEALING MACHINE
Machine consists of six stations and it works with pneumatic control as a Rotary System. First of all, ayran glasses are manually placed into the chamber. Then they are let fall on the star with the help of a piston in the first station. At the second station, the glasses are filled to the desired weight. Aluminium foil is placed on the mouth of glasses at the third station. The filled and foiled glasses are glued to the foil glasses without any leak with the help of a sealing head, heated by the resistance at the fourth station. Date stamping process to the foil sealed glasses are processed at the fifth station. Following the completion of all procedures the products are brought out to the conveyor automatically at the sixth station. The products are ready for packaging.
