Bottle filling and sealing machine works with a mechanical gearbox and a linear tracked system. It is possible to fill variety of plastic bottle sizes. The bottles on the conveyor belt are filled by 8 nozzles flow meter system. At the next station the foil is cut from the coil and sealed. Bottles on the belt are labelled and accumulated on the output tray ready for packaging.
